Inconsiderate/dangerous parking

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8510610.

Cars parked on both sides of the kerb entering into Chelmsford Close at the junction of Lauderdale Avenue. Restricted view from left and right when pulling out from Chelmsford Close onto Lauderdale. In the event of an Emergency First Responders (particularly Fire engines) would be unable to enter the close. Issue has been ongoing for a number of years and has been reported previously, but recently becoming progressively worse. Given the new legislation regarding parking on kerbs I would be very grateful if this issue could be resolved as soon a possible, before someone is involved in a serious accident.
