Road failure and pothole on roundabout exit

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8511710.

On exit of mini roundabout towards fairway the road is failing, with also a significant pothole forming. Importantly due to restricted width of road it is impossible to avoid it.

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us by raising a new FixMyStreet enquiry.
