Blocked drain

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8524502.

Blocked drain on St James's Road between St James Church and Farm Foods. In heavy rain it causes a river to run past the church on the road and the spray from traffic making it nearly impossible to walk past the church without getting soaked.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.
