Over grown Conifers touching telephone line

Resident reporting concern of over very overgrown Conifers on the side of property number 1 Deancourt drive. The conifers have grown so wide and high, a difficult to navigate foot path as to the width of the branches, also over head phone lines now concern as the conifers height is touching lines, wishing to have trees cut back please.
