3 drains in front of The Stables on High street blocked

Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 09:45, Thu 11 December 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8532603.

The 3 drains on the road in front of The Stables on the High street are totally blocked and present a potential flood risk as there is no where for water to go and the last time it rained it flooded clear across the carriage way and puddled up against the walls of the Stables and the building on the other side of the entrance. 2 there and one across the road

  • Drain Cover was repaired and re surfaced however drains have been left with debris in the bottom. How do you expect the drains to work when they are filled with debris. The first photo is the drain which was repaired, why repair a drain cover if your just going to fill it with rubble!
