Parking on someone else's land and blocking pathway

Someone has been parking on the driveway of the house nextdoor to me since Monday and they do not own the property. The house is 76 St Giles Street, Northampton, NN1 1LX. The driveway is on Spring Gardens and is next to my driveway, which is house number 2 Spring Gardens, Northampton, NN1 1LX. Their car is also blocking the pavement as well. The car is a black Audi A6, Reg OY11HTK.
