Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

This is getting worse... I was unable to take a picture as the traffic was too busy but it has caused a massive impact to my front ns wheel and slow puncture.

Investigation: Completed (Duplicate), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that we have already been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 13/03/2026
