• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

• This hole is now incredibly deep and dangerous, it needs reassessing

• This pot hole is now HUGE and extremely deep. Damaged my car when I hit it when it was full of rainwater and couldn't see depth. Very cross this dangerous hole still exists. Please escalate urgency of repair!

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and carried out an immediate semi-permanent repair. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us by raising a new enquiry.

• So you expect us to keep fucking our cars up and the whole getting bigger due to the fact you can’t get there till 15/06
