Extensive menacing graffiti in rail underpass and on surrounding bridge structure

The whole of the underpass beneath the railway bridge ( which is a pedestrian route from St James to Towcester Road is covered in menacing graffiti. This extends to the bridge structure at the entrance and exit to the underpass.
