Drain floods footpath every time of heavy rain. reported before and supposed to be fixed but still flooding path. It needs fixing not just clearing

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • This is the only highway entrance to blocks of sheltered housing flats for the elderly and the PC considers that it needs a priority level statement an to a repair date of June

  • Footpaths still flood every time it rains . after it drains it leave mud all over the footway. It needs fixing not investigating! Otherwise it will be flooded every time it rains for months and months
