Vans completely blocking pavement

Two vans are blocking the pavement near 37 Trevor Crescent every day. This wouldn’t be such a problem if pushchairs could go onto the driveway, but the front of a car is also jutting across the path. This means pedestrians have to walk in the road or cross to the other side which can be dangerous during the school rush. The vans could be positioned more on the road to give better access to the pavement.
