Car been parked on corner of junction and not moved a while now

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8609579.

There has been a car parked on the corner of Pritchard close at NN3 5BN which has not been moved for at least 2 weeks. I saw the driver once before hand and that’s when he just sat in the car for hours with friends without moving. Highly suspect he hasn’t got a licence and has just left the car there
