Road surface collapsing / large pothole

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8628144.

As you head towards industrial estate from Scrivens hill end of Byfield road the edge of the road is disintegrated and large pothole forming. Difficult to avoid if bus is coming the other way.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
