Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8657301.

The side entry drain at the give way is blocked. When it rains the water pools out past the buildout.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
