Teaffic lights out if synch

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8681769.

Traffic on roundabout on Upton way wishing to join or cross the weedon road get hold on red for ages while weedon road traffic also on red and only about four cars can cross on green before they turn red again. They seem to work OK for a few days then problem returns. Been an issue for about a year, please can you sort thank you, Scott
