Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8682343.

Someone tripped on pavement. It’s dangerous for 2 reasons ….1) one of the labs is raised and 2) these slabs are old flag stones and are very sloppy and dangerous.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

    What is the action to be carried out, please? Just in case it may impact patients attending the dental practice, which is where I work.
