Mud across footpath outside 142 Cotswold Ave

The residents of 142 have made a parking space outside their house, have no proper drop kerb & are driving across the grass verge to get to it. This has now turned to mud, & is all across the footpath. An elderly resident from the bungalows behind these properties slipped on it this morning. They need to be stopped from doing this, and clean the path.
