Deep, pothole on bend

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8698103.
Several months of a now very deep, pothole on nearside, on the bend, as you head north. When meeting oncoming traffic, there is no option other than stop, otherwise serious damage to your vehicle or yourself (if on a cycle)

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. The defect has been re‑inspected and remains a P4 priority. It is being managed within the agreed SLA timescales, so no immediate action is required at this stage. The expected completion date for these works will be 22/07/2026.
