Large pothole, The Ridgeway, Barby

Driving along The Ridgeway 5.30 pm on 15th January we hit a pothole which caused a puncture. We pulled over immediately and found 2 other vehicles with the same problem. Another vehicle travelling in the opposite direction passed us with a puncture. On this website I see this issue has been reported multiple times and that an inspection has taken place but work won't be completed until 13th February! This issue needs immediate attention before there is a serious accident

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 23/1/26
