Investigation: Ongoing - Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding. Due to the recent adverse weather conditions, we have had to reprioritise certain tasks. This enquiry is now scheduled to be inspected during the week commencing 23rd January. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

P2 defect, please repair

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
