The broadband installers have damaged the paving of the entire syreet

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8745339.
Broadband cable installers have been lifting the pavement on Broadway (NN14SF) they have smashed almost every single slab, and have relaid them back down in an extremely uneven and unprofessional way. The paving looks worse than it ever has, it now resembles crazy paving. There are lips from broken slab to broken slab. Where they have laid tarmac they have done a poor job and not married the tarmac up correctly to the surrounding level, not have they edged the tarmac properly.
The work looks like it was completed by rank amateurs who have never done ground work before. The workmen should be ashamed of how poorly they have performed, and the council should be furious that a private company has done such damage to the paving.
The issues arose last Friday when they started the work. Unless the slabs are re-laid properly and the 100s of slabs they've broke into pieces replaced, this issue will continue ad infinitum.
I would also like to add that no one on this street was informed that this work was going ahead, no communication from the council, no communication from the company tasked with the work, no leaflet drops, no door knocks, no letters. Just massive disruption to 1000s of residents and not a solitary word from you or from the people you gave permission to do the work.
