Raised drain cover on right hand side in the road, midway between turning point and end of cul de sac

Drain cover has been raised for several days on the right hand side in the road (danger to vehicles and potential trip hazard). The cover is mid way down the cul de sac section on the right near the bushes. Very difficult to see at night unless you know it is there.
