Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

This pot hole is getting alot bigger and is causing damage to my vehicle, because its on a bus route the road surface around he hole is alot wider, the buses are having to drive in to the hole as there is no way to avoid the pot hole.
