  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

  • Caller advised the pothole has got deeper now than and full of water if this can be investigated. During the night it can very difficult to see these potholes, if this can be invested.

  • Pothole is now almost as big as the other one. Car this morning was covered in lumps of rock and tarmac from the road, plus chunks of rock by our front door. This is becoming very dangerous
