There is a overgrown tree outside my home. It is encroaching and next doors. It causes a lot of mess and hassle, please can it be inspected and cut back. 44 Spinney Hill Rd, Northampton NN3 6DJ. This is effecting the amount of garden waste I am having to deal with and we have pay fees for the garden waste.
