Barriers fallen

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8834362.

Currently there are 5 barriers that is currently based outside of 2 Derby road where this was covering a sink hole. The barriers are currently on the footpath and the road, if this can be put back up due to a trip hazard for the public.
