Emergency repairs needed

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8845292.
One of many potholes along this stretch , this one projects 1500mm from the verge into the carriageway, it's several metres long, with ave depth of 100mm (50mm under water, 50mm above). This is invisible in heavy rain or at night, and has taken numerous vehicles off the road this week (including mine on monday), leading to a virtual queue of vehicles on the verge here and round the corner awaiting recovery. Drivers who can see it in daylight either have to brake or swerve around it - crossing into the opposite side of the carriageway - which is made even more dangerous when there is ongoing traffic and therefore insufficient room to pass. Damaged and abandoned cars on this stretch and adjoining roads create even further risk of RTCs while recovery services struggle to keep up with demand from drivers requiring assistance

My car was undriveable after hitting this pothole in the dark and rain and had to be left on the verge for near 24 hours before RAC had capacity to come and recover it.
