Unacceptable repair of pot hole. Already in a dangerous state. 5 pot holes are currently getting bigger

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8846634.

The bottom of the dip was temporarily repaired about 10 days ago. the repair is not acceptable and it was back open within 2 days. It is now 5 different pots hole, which are causing serious traffic conditions. It is unsafe.
