Drain previously blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8852551.

Drain was previously blocked and this has been cleared but where the water is flowing it is going into the cellar of 130 Lutterworth Road and causing a flood within there. Currently the water has flooded the cellar, every time it rains an inch or two of water will come into the cellar.
