Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 3 days, 2 hours, 12 minutes later. ref: 8911256.
This car has been here for over 6 months. They cannot finish the yellow lines because the car has not moved at all. Maybe it's best to contact the owner and ask the person to move the car so that the yellow lines can be completed.
