Florence Road - deep pothole in middle of road

This whole road surface is in a terrible state (tarmac laid over cobbles) at both ends by the junctions especially. Has been for months, there are a lot of large, loose stones (possibly from the road itself) which are being driven over and damaging the road surface further (ie. The stones need sweeping up as well as the pothole filling).
