2 road drains are blocked to north of "Brookside"

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8950263.

The 2 drains to the north of Brookside on leaving the village are still blocked. They have been blocked for over 8 years now and previous reports have been given the reply that they will be dealt with as part of routine maintenance. Occasionally a drain cleaner machine appears but this is a waste of money as clearly the drains are damaged below ground and need proper attention. Would someone please now give this the attention it deserves. The one drain at the bottom of the hill cannot deal with significant rain on it's own.
