Section of road breaking up at junction

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8951037.

Turning off Banbury Lane onto this road to head North the entire carriageway is breaking up at the junction which forces drivers into the opposite carriageway. Loose gravel is also being spread across the road which causes vehicles heading South to lose traction when braking for the junction and also when leaving the junction
