Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8951462.

I've seen this was reported on the 4th Feb and again this week. So obviously not checked within 5 days, I was lucky I saw it to avoid, but it is dangerous especially for cyclists and motorbike riders, if not spotted.
