Drain full of mud and blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8970904.

This drain is blocked (assume this is mud) so not taking away rain water from the road. This is at the bottom of a hill so both road and footpath are flooding. This flooding has occurred at least four times in last couple of weeks.
