Crevices in the road at 40mph signs towards Daventry

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8992584.

This was repaired a few weeks ago poorly and has now created a crater in the road due to shoddy repairs not completed properly th first time. It is deep and will cause damage to cars (as it did the first time!).
