Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report a mechanical failure of the secure parking barrier located at Argyle Street, Northampton. The barrier is currently broken and does not open/close properly, which is causing significant issues for the residents of the Council flats. This situation affects both the security of our vehicles and our ability to enter or leave the parking area.
