Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9052862.

Currently at the back Perceval Close/Mordaunt Lane the complete calde-sac there is a drain that currently blocked as well as the calde-sac gutters which are filled with overflowing rubbish and vegetation. This has attracted rats which is causing environmental hazard, caller would like the gutters cleaned out to ensure it is safely for the members of the public to use the calde-sac.

Caller advised this has been there over 2 years and still has not been resolved. This has been putting off potential buyers due to the condition of the drain as well as the rubbish within the calde-sac.
