Traffic sign frame seeming abandoned at unofficial lay-bye on road.
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 3 months, 1 week, 17 hours, 21 minutes later. ref: 9054863.
Spotted this road sign stand frame leaning against fence in lay bye, looked like flytipping waste at first, but no other items present and turned out to be sign stand.. Suspect forgotten from some road repairs.
