Water is coming up from underneath the road. This is causing potholes amd in the winter it freezes and causes black ice. Someone needs to be responsible for it, and it be passed in to whomever is, to make sure its repaired.
Its been like this for several years.
Its close the the bus stop on Barby Road, Kilsby.
