Hedges overgrown into path

The hedges on the corner which border this property boundary are overgrown, as a result the path is half its width and it’s becoming quite tight for wheelchairs and pushchairs to pass by.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - We can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner and is not currently causing any safety issues. We will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

Still overgrown. The homes either side are allowing their neglected vegetation to obstruct and become an eye sore. The whole bottom of the street looks disgusting, children are physically unable to play outside and alleyway is not easily accessible due to cars, scrap and vegetation.
