Stile severely rotten, beyond use
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9091912.
From the image you will see that the stile is completely rotten and fallen apart. As such it is not only creating an obstruction to the right of way but has create a danger should someone try to climb over and the remaining rotten post give way.
