Advised 20mph signs too low

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9103972.

Advised 20mph signs have been attached to lampposts on Meadow Close and Grafton Way in NN5 but they are too low. My son (9 years old) walked into one on the way to school cutting his cheek. They need to be attached higher.
