Road surface, pot holes everywhere

This part of the road after you exit the roundabout is really bad, I drive this way to work every day and have to brace myself as no matter which lane you drive in you end up going all over the place. Must be damaging my cars suspension but it is dangerous as there is two lanes beginning to merge into one before the traffic lights. It has been like this for a few months and just getting worse, needs completely resurfacing otherwise the same will keep happening, thank you.
