Numerous potholes forming

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9108694.

Numerous potholes are forming and the road is degrading. It is difficult to drive over the road surface whilst trying to avoid oncoming traffic. The holes extend to the centre of the road. This was reported a couple of months ago but didn’t meet the criteria for a repair. The whole road up to the Oxfordshire border needs resurfacing and not patching. The B4100 is a main route from Banbury to the M40 and is used by many heavy vehicles.

  • These potholes have been here for months and are degrading. They’re impossible to avoid due to being on both the left and right sides of the lane, and make an awful noise when you drive through them. Each time I’m worried I’ll damage a tyre.
