Overturning security fence

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9142397.

There is a security fence at the top of the embankment that is overturning with a lot of loose pipe and material leaning on it. If the fence falls over loose pipework will roll into the live carriageway. Fence is on the top of the embankment on the Northern carriageway (headed towards round spinney roundabout)
