Gran communications have left pavement and property in a mess after utility works

Grain communicatoons completed works on Birchfield Road earlier this week but all the drain channels in the pavement are now blocked with mud/cement, the pavements are covered in dried mud and spray paint markings and there is what looks like dried cement splashed up the boundary wall outside my house. I have also written to Grain Communications to ask when they expect the contractors will be coming back to complete their cleanup and return the pavements, drain and my wall to the state they were in before the work began, but would appreciate escalation through WNC too.
