Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9165249.

Number 5 park Avenue has plastic ramps in the road against the kerb to park on their drive. They need to request a drop kerb like everyone else. They have do not have the correct permissions to drive over the path unless a drop kerb in place. Also plastic ramps are in the road for traffic to take avoiding action to go around.
