6 Commercial dumpsters left permanently on street outside Burger Boi and entrance to rear access road. Overflowing and have seen people searching through them and discarding items onto road. Two bins are now obstructing the pavement meaning you have to walk around them into road to get past. Food waste and rubbish now all over the pavement.
