Pavement gully
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9236372.
The pavement gully near the top of Perry Street just before the shop is always full of rubbish specially cigarette buts. When people buy things from the shops they tend to throw it outside the shop and this is the first pavement gully which gets full of rubbish all the time. Even if it gets cleaned it soon gets full again. I permanent fix would be to have a concrete gully so it will never get fully and will be east to clean.
